My wife and I were out shopping at Costco and decided to stop by and see if they had a buffet and they did... We thought it was excellent from the butter chicken to the tandoori chicken to the okra to the fried fish to the goat curry and the vegetable pakora were all excellent. The raita and desserts are also very good. Service was very at excellent with the waiter returning to four or five times for water or other things we wanted. The ambience was bright and clean and actually quite beautiful.

I LOVE Indian food and it's hard for me to find dishes that I really really like. The flavors in the lamb Punjabi were stellar. I love super spicy but I do not like the after math of a spicy dinner LOL it's worth it tho. I found it to be a bit pricey at 18$ for the dish + $4 for the garlic naan. The sauce was super thick which I love, however a bit oily. There weren't that many pieces of lamb inside. Then again I am not from india so take my review with a grain of salt. I wasn't a big fan of the butter chicken but it's also not one of my go to dishes. The inside is very modern and clean. Service was not bad, could've been better/ more attentive.

Surprised by the ratings. Food is delicious and very authentic. If you're looking for watered down flavorless curries, this isn't the place for you. If you love rich, flavorful, and spicy curry this is it!

Come here if you are craving some good Indian food! We went for the lunch buffet and we were definitely satisfied with the dish offerings. All of our favorites were served. From paneer to fish pakoras they had what we wanted. This may make the review a bit biased however if you enjoy these traditional dishes the same way as we do then this is the place for you. Everything was flavored perfectly. Not too spicy and not too strong with the curry spices. The goat curry was fantastic. The meat was tender and flavorful. I like how they cut the tandoori chicken pieces in half. It allows for better control of your portions. This is because you will definitely want to save room to try everything! I also want to make a point to mention the naan. I have had naan from a lot of different places. Somehow this one stood out! It was cooked perfectly on the outside yet stayed light and chewy on the inside. For us that is perfection. Can't wait to bring more of my friends and family here. San Ramon Kabila please keep up the great work!

I came here for a weekday lunch buffet. The price for it is reasonable - not too cheap or overly expensive. I do miss Favorite Indian Buffet though if that's the correct name (they're no longer opened). So I came here to check out their lunch buffet. It has a very nice interior, it has a more modern feel to it. The stations for the food is also very nice, I think there's actually heaters underneath it like induction stoves, maybe? So the food is warm. I felt like there was a decent amount of options and lots of great food. I do wish they had some mango dessert or ice cream. I enjoyed the tandoor chicken but most of the dishes are great flavor. I do have to say no one refilled our water which I wish they did, so service may be lacking? But plenty of food to fill our hungry bellies! This is next to the Baskin Robbins, and the parking was easy since it was in a complex.

I'm shocked I've been sleeping on this place given the very limited selection of Indian restaurants in the East Bay! I was in the area for a medical appointment and stopped by Ulta afterwards and was curious when I saw this restaurant as I hadn't heard of it before. Walked in and saw a buffet was available and it loooked good!! The selection is measured but delicious. Apps were tandoori chicken, fish pakora and chutneys. Then Butter chicken and Goat curry. Goat biryani and veg biryani. Gobi masala, paneer, and chole for the 3 veg curries. Goat was amazing, but all the food was good. The desserts were incredible! Kheer and moong halwa were extremely well made, and this is coming fe someone who does not have a sweet tooth whatsoever! I rarely eat ice cream or Indian sweets except gulab jamun. Food was very authentic and delicious. It is a large restaurant, it did not feel crowded despite being quite busy. Service was good. Will be back for lunch buffet! $20 and hits the spot.

Amazing lunch buffet! Came on a Thursday around 12:45 and it was busy but we were able to get seated right away since we were only 2 people. The smell of spices and herbs when you walk in is mouth watering! As soon as you're seated you're given water to show that the table is taken, and then it's self serve afterward. We tried a little bit of everything (butter chicken, egg biryani, fish pakora, vegetable pakora, and more) and were happily satisfied, the flavor of everything is amazing and they provide unlimited refills of naan. Also love the self serve chai too, and they have little sweet treats like kheer near there. It's about $20 a person for lunch buffet, which is a great deal for how delicious and fresh the food is!!

I had a birthday party that I was catering for and I called well in advance and placed my order. The staff said everything should be ready to go by my pick up time but I go to find out that nothing is made. Had to wait an extra 30 minutes Overall the food is pretty good, I ordered saag paneer, malai kofta and butter chicken. However the management can be better

Lunch buffet!! I researched around the area and this seems to be the only one left. I was so excited to check it out but I think they only offer on weekdays at $19. I was also as happy to find that they offer chai tea!! Although disappointing to find that the tea tastes watered down a bit. Also comes with a good portion of hot plain naan. Their buffet offering is wide ranged from tandoori chicken to samosas to goat curry. There is a good number of options as well which is amazing. They have two desserts, one looks almost like a caramel bar and the other is kheer. It is awesome that their service is great! They walk around pretty frequently to refill waters and take your plates. Nice ambiance, feels higher end with the large wooden tables and round back chairs. The space is very clean. The bathrooms need work, though. I was here on the earlier side for lunch and one of the bathroom stalls did not have toilet paper and the other just had a roll sitting on top of the roll holder. Love it! It wasn't super busy on a Monday for lunch. Looking forward to being back.
